1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Islamify mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Islamify provides:

• Complete Quran with translations and audio
• Accurate prayer times based on your location
• Comprehensive dua library
• AI-powered spiritual guidance and explanations
• Home and lock screen widgets
• Qibla compass
• Favorites and bookmarks synchronization

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Subscription Details

Premium Monthly Subscription:

• Price: $2.99 per month (USD)
• Free Trial: 3 days
• Billing: Recurring monthly charge after trial period
• Platform: Processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system

4.2 Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

• Unlimited AI-powered insights and explanations
• Advanced home and lock screen widgets
• Personalized spiritual content recommendations
• Ad-free experience
• Priority support
• Early access to new features

4.3 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• The cost of renewal will be the same as the initial subscription price unless notified otherwise

4.4 Free Trial

• New users receive a 3-day free trial period
• You will not be charged during the trial period
• To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
• If you cancel during the trial, you retain access until the trial expires
• After the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel

4.5 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select Islamify
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.6 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find the Islamify subscription and request a refund

Please note: We cannot process refunds directly. All subscription transactions are managed by Apple.

5. User Account and Data

5.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

• Email and password
• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.3 Data Synchronization

When you create an account, the following data syncs across your devices:

• Bookmarked verses and reading progress
• Favorite duas
• App preferences and settings
• Prayer time locations

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Islamify and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Quran Content

The Quranic text is sacred scripture and public domain. Translations are used with appropriate permissions and attributions.

7.3 Third-Party Content

The App uses third-party services including:

• Quran.com API for Quranic content
• OpenAI for AI-powered features
• Google Maps for location services

8. AI-Generated Content

Our App uses artificial intelligence to provide:

• Verse explanations and context
• Personalized spiritual guidance
• Dua recommendations

Important Disclaimer:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• It should not be considered as authoritative Islamic rulings (fatwas)
• For religious guidance, please consult qualified Islamic scholars
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the correctness of all AI responses

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of content

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISLAMIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content on the App

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Islamify, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Prayer Times Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate prayer times based on your location and calculation methods:

• Prayer times are calculated using standard astronomical algorithms
• Accuracy depends on your device's location services
• We recommend verifying times with your local mosque or Islamic center
• We are not liable for any reliance on prayer time calculations

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting the App from your device
• Contacting us to request account deletion
• Canceling your subscription through Apple

13.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Pose a security risk to the App or other users

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted in the App
• The "Last Updated" date is revised
• You receive notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Update the App for maintenance, security, or improvements

16. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• Content on external sites
• Privacy practices of third parties
• Any damages resulting from third-party services

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations
2. Mediation (if negotiations fail)
3. Binding arbitration (if mediation fails)

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Apple-Specific Terms

21.1 Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Islamify only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App

21.2 Scope of License

This license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.

21.3 Apple's Rights

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Islamify regarding the App.
